We R... Foster Care and Adoption
We believe that every child deserves to have a safe and nurturing home environment.
Our treatment foster care program places youth with a loving family until they can return home or become adopted.
Through our nationally recognized treatment foster parent pre-service training, Pressley Ridge treatment parents, as well as parents from more than 200 agencies across the country, are highly trained to provide the care, skills and supervision to help youth overcome their difficult experiences.
The We R Campaign will allow us to set the new standard for quality of foster and kinship care for youth with significant behavioral health needs across the nation. Our efforts will be focused on expanding our services into new communities, maximizing our capacity and increasing the number of foster care agencies using our training curriculum. In addition, we are developing a Kinship Care Model. We are consulting with leading experts to understand the best way to adapt our model to best serve families who are caring for related children.
With our community’s support of We R… The Campaign for Pressley Ridge, Pressley Ridge will be the leading treatment foster care provider nationally by 2029.
Join us to make a difference for vulnerable children. Together, we are the power to change lives.
Success Stories
The Blythe Family
When Ian and Koren Blythe’s children were transitioning into adulthood, their house began to feel too empty. They knew they had a unique opportunity to provide a stable home for kids who needed a place where they can feel safe and thrive. They made the decision to become treatment parents for the Community Residential Rehabilitation program, which allows youth to receive the necessary mental health treatment while remaining in the community.
The Starr Family
Chantal and Patrick Starr are veteran foster parents who’ve cared for more than 20 children over the last decade. They’ve learned so much over those 10 years, seeing the beautiful effect on their own family and making irreplaceable connections with Pressley Ridge staff and other foster parents.
